Horrible shoes!! I need my money back. I paid a lot of money for this shoes that practically came apart in 1 day. The insoles rolled up after one use and could not fit them back in. I feel like I got scammed. Give me my money back Zappos!!!

Super cute boots, but run really small, at least a full size smaller. Construction looks good, so we really wish these had fit.

We've had two pairs of these. The accent pieces fell off both. They are very cute but don't hold up well. My daughter isn't particularly rough on shoes. We won't try these again.

My son who is extremely picky with his shoes loves these - they seem warm, waterproof and sturdy. Unlike other shoes we had - these stay in pretty good shape even with lots of action. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately despite being super cute and seemingly with a really great sole, the shoe under the Velcro strap limits the arch. We couldn’t even get our kids foot in because it doesn’t stretch. The tongue is fixed there like a vice so if your kid has a bigger foot or high arch - good luck. The grey fabric is like one continuous boot and it makes the Velcro irrelevant as no one would ever knowingly try to make the shoe tighter.

These are super cute. They have an adjustable strap at the back which might be the right thing to adjust a size that is temporarily too small. We didn't have the need for that adjustment.

the design is fantastic, the sole is very soft, light weight. The only problem is the top of the shoe is made of a hard material, my daughter refused to keep them.

These are great shoes, so glad I purchased. My grand daughter scuffs them every wear and like magic they wipe off so beautifully. They look brand new. I thought the patent leather shine would be smudged but like I said it magical after each wear they look brand new again

Sneaker looks great, but I received wrong size, I ordered M width received slim. Not sure how size difference will work, it is noticeable slimmer width.
